Welcome to Drift Battle USA
Keiichi “Drift King” Tsuchiya is coming to the USA for the first ever DRIFT KING DRIFT BATTLE USA.
This event will feature the Drift King performing drift exhibitions, a Pro-Am drift competition with $8.5K in payouts, a Gymkhana Competition with a $1K payout, and a car show competition with $1.5k in payouts.
The legendary Drift King will not only be drifting himself, but he will also be judging a drifting competition of professional and amateur drifters.
The event will also have various life style activities.

Origin and Legacy of The Drift King
Keiichi Tsuchiya (土屋圭市) is a legendary, professional race car driver and two-time 24 Hours of Le Mans class winner. He is known as the Drift King (ドリキン, Dorikin) for his nontraditional use of drifting in non-drifting racing events and his role in popularizing drifting as a motorsport.
DK was a consultant for the popular manga and anime series, Initial D, and a stunt coordinator / stuntman on The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift, where he made a cameo appearance making him a star to anime and car enthusiast alike.
DK has an international fan base, and this is his first East Coast appearance/event

Rules
There are only two classes for this event.
Class C or Competition: This class require full compliance outlined on the two regulations pages linked below. Briefly, your car must have full roll cage and up to date safety equipment, driver must have the proper and up to date safety equipment.
Class E or Exhibition class: This class will require the minimum safety equipment for car and driver to drift in the state of NJ. Again Please refer to the two links below for these rules. Briefly no cage is required for this class and there is no tandem for this class.

He has been in the business of motorsport event management for 25 years
Jeffrey Jones of Boss Battle LLC is a co-founder of Rotary Spirit USA, which in partnership with Eastern Motor Racing Association, hosts year-round events at racetracks in the Northeast. He is also a film director filming an automotive history-related documentary in Tokyo and Hiroshima, Japan
Together, Patrick and Jeffrey have hosted events across the USA and in Japan
